We’ve had this empty bird cage sitting in the back of the workroom.   Our birds are all fine, don’t worry.  My niece’s parakeet died earlier this fall, and the cage came to Kar-Fre.

This past Sunday I walked the Dewey Dash in nearby Elburn. It was a 5k so about 3 miles. I walk on average 3-5 miles almost everyday so I thought I could probably handle this.
